Mini Session Details

This Year the Santa Mini Session theme is - Santa's Cozy Christmas

Santa Mini Sessions are Saturday, November 18th 2018 & Sunday, November 19th 2018. The sessions will be held in my in-home studio. There is a limit of 3 children per session. Additional children will require adding an additional session.

The session fee for the mini-session is $35.00 before Texas Sales Tax. This session fee includes a 10 minute session with Santa as well as a small gift for your child from Santa. This fee is due at the time you book your desired time slot by completing this session agreement and submitting the non-refundable retainer for the session.

Specially priced packages and products will be available to purchase the day of your session.

Once your image proofs are prepared they will be uploaded into an online gallery for you to choose which images you would like for the package and products ordered the day of your session.

You will be notified via e-mail when your online gallery of proofs are available to access. The email will contain a link to the gallery as well as additional instructions for selecting the images you would like used for your ordered products. You will have 3 days from the day you receive your email to view your gallery and complete the online form of your selections. This will help guarantee a timely Christmas delivery of all prints and products.

Please be on time to your session to keep the days schedule on track and to guarantee you receive your full session time. If you are late, your child(ren) will only be photographed from the time you show up until your scheduled session time is up.

Once this session agreement and your non-refundable retainer fee have been received your session time is locked in. If we do not receive this session agreement complete with payment of your non-refundable retainer, your selected session time will become available to other clients.

We will email you a map with directions and the address to the studio. Please note that the studio is in the country and may require more time than normal to get here. Please allow for the increased travel time so that you are here on time.

Session Time Selection

Print & Product Selections • How it Works

Image Proofs will be available approximately 1-2 weeks after your photo session and will be presented to you by online gallery.

Kendra Neie Photography•Newborn Bliss will send you an email when your gallery is live that will contain a link to access your gallery as well as additional instructions to choose your selections for your prints & products.

Once you gallery expires, the gallery will be deleted. Your final proofs will be kept as an archive with Kendra Neie Photography•Newborn Bliss for 30 days from your session date. If within that 30 days, you desire more prints, santa cards or other products, the online gallery can be placed back online for a $10 fee.

All prints and other photographic products are ordered through the studio directly and are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. Payment of your portrait & product order is due at the time of your session. All fees and print and product pricing are subject to TX state sales tax as permitted by law.

Most product orders will be available to pick up within 2 weeks of receiving your completed online image selection form.

Any purchased Digital Image Files will be delivered electronically to the email address provided above.

We will notify you by email when your order is available to pick up. Please contact Kendra Neie Photography•Newborn Bliss in making arrangements to pick up your order from the studio. The studio is located inside of our home but family time & privacy are important.

Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final. However, should a product not meet your expectations, it is your responsibility to contact Kendra Neie Photography•Newborn Bliss within 3 days of receiving your order and we will work to resolve any issues.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you cancel your booked session, do not arrive for your scheduled session or are late to your session, no refunds will be given for the non-refundable retainer.

Digital Image File Terms

If you purchase Digital Files:

It is highly recommended that after downloading your Digital Image Files that you back up the digital image files to several different sources such as a personal computer, external hard drive, and/or accessible online storage website, etc. Kendra Neie Photography is not responsible for lost, corrupted or damaged digital image files that have been delivered/emailed and successfully downloaded.

Your Digital Image Files will be edited, high resolution JPEG format images. Kendra Neie Photography does not sell/release other digital image files in any other formats such as RAW files. Kendra Neie Photography does not sell unedited digital image files.

Your Digital Image files will be delivered in a 2:3 crop ratio. Clipping may occur at different crop ratios.

Kendra Neie Photography is not responsible for any prints or products that did not print properly including color accuracy unless the prints and/or products were ordered through our studio directly.

Your Digital Download Online Gallery will be available for 10 days after the access information has been emailed to you. You will need to download your digital image files in that time frame.

You will have 3 download attempts available.

All images created by Kendra Neie Photography remain the property of Kendra Neie Photography. Copyright of created images are also solely owned by Kendra Neie Photography and may not be reproduced without written permission of Kendra Neie Photography or it's creator. All images are protected by federal copyright law. Scanned, screen shots, photographs of finished images or reproduced images are both illegal and a degradation of the original image quality. The original creator and/or photographer is the only person who can crop or modify any image produced as a result of this session. This also includes, editing of images and using social media or computerized filters.

Personal use print releases are provided with the purchase of digital image files, however, copyright of all images will still belong to Kendra Neie Photography. No modifications of any kind are allowed to any images except for mandatory print size cropping.

Limitation of Liabilty

I hereby wave, disclaim and release Kendra Neie Photography, and it's respective owners, members, employees, agents, volunteers and representatives from any and all actions, claims or demands that I may have now or in the future, weather known or unknown, against Kendra Neie Photography parties, including without limitation those related to injury, to or death of persons, or damage, loss or destruction of property arising out of or in connection with the session or any products related thereto.

Indemnification

I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Kendra Neie Photography parties from all liabilities, losses, claims, costs (including attorney's fees and court costs), damages or expenses of whatever nature that may result from injury to or death of persons, or damage, loss or destruction of property arising out of or in connection with the session or any products related thereto.

Model Release

It is standard practice in the photography industry for photographers to use images in online and print marketing (e.g. blog, website, social networking, brochures, magazine submissions, etc.) Kendra Neie Photography will never use your images without your permission.
